By using these techniqes a small family can save $50 per month on Groceries. A large family can save $100 or more each month just on groceries. The key is to find coupons and specials for items that you would normally already use. You didn't really save anything if you bought a bunch of stuff that you don't normally use just because it was on sale.

When shopping online, you don't have that concern. You add only the things to your online shopping cart that you need. Most people will find that they save money when these impulse items are no longer an issue.
